Abuelita hot chocolate alfajores

These alfajores are influenced by the flavors of cinnamon hot chocolate. I use Dutch processed cocoa powder, organic cinnamon and a touch of cayenne for the cookie and it is filled with my home made dulce de leche. To finish it, i dredge it in a combination of cinnamon and sugar to mimic the texture of the cinnamon hot chocolate wheel.
